Quality Assurance Coordinator

Coordinates the implementation of all personalized services and supports, ensures compliance with all federal and state regulatory requirements and Mosaic Basic Assurances® related to ICF/ID, HCBS and special education services.

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Special Education or a related field required.
• Minimum of four years of experience in a similar position. Experience cannot be substituted for education.
• Valid drivers license required.
